<p>Return of a product to Kale CNC is subject to the following terms and restrictions:</p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Standard Product</strong>.  Any unused Standard Product purchased via this Site unless otherwise indicated may be returned within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date for a refund.  Any refund for Standard Product returned to KALE CNC is subject to satisfactory inspection and approval by KALE CNC of the returned product.</li>
	<li><strong>Non-Inventory Product</strong>.  KALE CNC reserves the right to refuse return of any Non-Inventory Product.</li>
	<li><strong>Custom Product</strong>.  Any Custom Product offered by the Site is manufactured according to a set of unique design parameters provided by you.  The Custom Product will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be provided for the Custom Product. In the event that the Custom Product you receive varies significantly from your unique design parameters, you must inform KALE CNC of any such discrepancy within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that OPS may investigate the situation.  After concluding the investigation, KALE CNC may instruct you to return the Custom Product.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Return Shipping Expenses</strong>. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO KALE CNC. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING THE PRODUCT INTO TURKEY FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, THEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO OPS.</p>

<p><strong>Refund Amount</strong>. Refunds for returned items will be for the invoice amount less a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee applies to all items which are returned to KALE CNC for refund. KALE CNC will not refund any shipping costs in either direction (you to KALE CNC or KALE CNC to you).</p>
